The soundboard wood is acacia, and the bridge is french oak from a local vineyard wine barrel. You can see the band-mark from the galvanized metal barrel ring in the middle of the bridge.
Must be nice to live in a state with los of trees. I Bought some acacia in Eugene, along with maple and mahogany that costs quite a bit more here in Texas. Your bari came out very nice! Great job Thomas.
