    In my opnium the center isn't the right place for a bridge - for sure I have figured out this in later times, and by the way the scale of fingerboard wouldn't fit.
    In the moment I'm happy with the spring solution, see picture2

    Maybe moving the bridge out to the center would brighten / amplify the sound?
