Thanks AGP & Uncle John :) Maybe I do one soundclip some day. Acoustic sound is like a metallic banjo. This is my first project with piezo pickup. It sounds suprisingly great ... glued just under the bridge. About making those holes, took about 15 mins / hole but worth it I think. I sure have National on my mind while whiling.
That does seem like a new idea, AGP. Badfinger (Eric) did it on a sawzall, but the reso was not so apparent as here. This reminds me of a National Guitar. Really a beauty.
Looks Great!, looks like a bit of time and effort was put into the sound holes, be interested in how it sounds?, I have a couple of Ammo Box builds but never thought to put a resonator in them, maybe next time!.
