All clamped up

After re-soaking for 3-hours, I put it back on my primitive forming rack for a 2- or 3-day dry-out. Here you can see the two halves of a 6" tambourine hoop I used with a bunch of clamps to introduce a couple of reverse curves in order to make the ends of the teardrop fit the headstock better.
