I got this cool box from my CBN friend, Chris Lyons.I flipped the box top for more color. Yard stick finger board. Fretted. 22.5 inch scale. Tuned DGB. Player side sound hole. Zero fret and wood string guide above the zero fret. Plays good sounds fair to good.It may stay in my relic collection or may go to a horse lover I know.

It`s done ;-) I have about ten of them. They are very old and special, because you see one meter scaling, but if have the stick where you see the 9% on the end, you have actually 1,09 meter at the 1 m mark.Someone told me these were used in sawmills to messure a trunk including the size of the sawblade of a rift saw.
Actually I have about ten yardsticks !May you have seen my "cave", where I played my first video.I collect old carpenter tools and i fixed all of the yardsticks as baseboards around my seat. After seeing your pics, I think not any longer ;-).But to have one of the US would be nice too.We can swap if you like, and you will get one from here? I will get my screwdriver, I will make a picture, so you can have a look at it?

Thanks, Jim.
Captain, those are keepers - savers. I would be tempted to use one for a CBG and save the rest. You keep those. I will see if I can mail you a couple.

Captain, can you get yard sticks or meter sticks in Germany? If they are not available, maybe I could send you a couple
More and more I want to use a yardstick for my next one...
