AGP #442 - “Stuffup Neck”2 String Fretless Chugger GuitarScale: 22 inchesStrings: .044NW/ .032NW /Tuned: Low to High A DAs the name suggests this is the Neck from the recent AGP Steamer Basket Nut to Bridge Scale stuffup!, the neck is “Camphor Laurel” except for the neck extension piece, which is “Cypress Pine”.The custom Body made by me, is recycled laminated pieces of 12mm x 31mm Western Red Cedar, the Bridge is “Forest Red Gum”, all Timber was given 4 coats of Tru-Oil, a 4.6k Delta Type Pickup is hardwired to the Output Jack. :-)

"Thanks UJ", the Camphor Laurel Neck Timber is part of some logs given to me by one of my Sons, and the Cedar offcuts were given to me by one of my Grandsons, I just love the free stuff.
Nice to hear your in a building mood, and even nicer to see, you have someone to build it for, as for me, well, as you know, I'm always in a building mood, his build was done just before the Road Trip started over a week ago, so I'll be heading to the shed today or tomorrow, to start another one, although not sure what it will be yet. :-)
Man, that all seems to have worked out for the good. Great looking instr munt. Love the wood tones and the large sound hole and neck through showing. That is so old timey. I would not have thought that white pickup would be a good choice, but it looks just great and just right.
Puts me in a building mood and I have someone to building mood and I have someone to build a fretless for.
