AGP #430 - “Old Lowe Brass Cone”3 String Fretless Resonator GuitarScale: 635mm/25 inchesStrings : .044NW/.030NW/.020NW/Tuned: G D gI recently deconstructed AGP #86, a Build I done back in Feb 2014,it was named “NBFT”, (aka “Nothing But F#’n Trouble”), can’t quite remember the exact problems I had with the Electrics at the time, but it was enough to earn its appropriate name, it was also modified a couple of times, ending with the Humbucker being hardwired to the Output Jack, also modified the Sound Board with Sound Hole Grommets, which ended up making it look like a piece of Shite.So the new AGP #430 Build was done using some of those deconstructed parts, such as the Old Lowe Brass Cone, the 7.8k Gold Humbucker and Output Jack, the Machine Heads and the Brass Threaded Rod Nut.The Box is recycled laminated offcuts of 12mmx30mm Cedar, the Neck is Cypress Pine, the Fretboard is Radiata Pine and the Bridge is Forest Red Gum, all given a coat of Oak Stain, and 2 Coats of “British Paints Acrylic Clear Gloss”
