  • "Thanks James O", #411 is on the bench and nearly finished, I should stop building but can't.

    :-D

  • "Thanks Denbo", the spelling of Perspex can sometimes be Perplexing :-D

Did do a Perplex Perspex build a few years ago: AGP #154 "I.C.U."  :-)

  • Good looking Build AGP# Man you sure build a lot of um 410 WOW

  • "BQ", my original thought was to put (for the lack of a better description) a floating back ?, screwed to the through Neck on a Block, just high enough to obscure the wiring, and leaving a gap between the edge of it and the bowl, to let the sound escape, but after saying all that, this one and the previous Bowl build have bugger all unplugged acoustic quality's anyway!, hope all this makes some sort of sense!   :-D

  • "Thanks Bob", the Bowl is as purchased, except for a coat of Furniture Polish, and I did try and match the Neck with Bowl, with the help of a bit of "Golden Teak Stain" :-)

  • If you add a back to it , then you can have a sound hole in the center & still retain the volume?

  • Bowled Over! That neck and bowl go togethwer real nice AGP.  Beautiful grain figuring and finish on that bowl.
