AGP #409 - “Rosy Wood”3 String Fretless Wooden Bowl GuitarScale :654mm / 25¾ inchesStrings: .044NW/.030NW/.020NW/Tuning: F C fThe 15”x10”x3” Bowl is Rose Wood and not Acacia as I first thought, the Neck is recycled Grey Ironbark, and the 3.7k Single Pole Pick which is hardwired to the Output Jack, ain’t what it appears to be, I originally installed a 3.8k Silver Foil Soundhole Pickup, but after completion, and plugging it into the Amp, discovered the bloody thing didn’t work, after pulling it apart, couldn’t find the fault, so into the bin it went, pulled it back out and retrieved the the top Foil Section, removed the cover from a 3.7k 4 Pole Single Coil Bass Pickup, which fitted into the empty Foil Section nicely. :-)

Keith . The top picture gives an optical illusion effect . You are actually looking at the inside of the open back of the bowl and the forward neck through.
"Thanks BQ", No!, not with a Bowl, but I did make a Kalimba out of a homemade Spruce Pine and Cedar Box, and a Gitty Kalimba Parts Kit many years ago, but never play it, mainly because I haven't taken the time to learn how! :-D
