"Thanks George", I think this makes about 7 or 8 Military Themed builds I've done (and still own), the Anzac Biscuit Tins are part of a Series released a few years ago, still have couple in storage for further use, and they often pop up when I visit charity shops etc; and usually pick them up for about a dollar a piece :-)
"Thanks Dave", it would be a bit boring to use the same scale, string gauges and tuning on every build, so I do try to vary them as much as possible :-D
AGP #325 - “2nd Division France WW1” (3 String Biscuit Tin Guitar) Scale: 584.2mm / 23 inches Strings : .052NW / .035BW / .026BW / Tuning: E / B / E / The Neck is Grey Ironbark, the Fretboard is Qld Walnut and a 4.6k Single Coil Pickup is hardwired to the Output Jack. Originally Strung & Tuned (low to high) to D/G/B/ & then G/B/E/, but for some reason they just didn’t suit this particular build, so went with a good old open chord tuning, which sounds just fine!

Thank you for your kind words 'UJ', they're very much appreciated :-)

One former sailor to another, your military themed gifts are too cool! I dig em!
Some wonderful stuff, Alan. Thanks for your service, art and friendship.
Couple of good tinjos AGP. Each guitar seems to want it’s own tuning. String size and scale length have a lot to do with it.
