Finished the majority of this build a few weeks ago, but had to wait for the Pickup I wanted to use arrive in the post from China, however when it did arrive the Ceramic/Ferrite Magnet was a lot thicker than usual, and what I had allowed for when doing the build, the solution I came up with, was to remove the thick Ferrite Magnet (8mm thick) and replaced it with 6 small flat (5mm x 5mm x 1.5mm) Rare Earth (Neodymium)Magnets I had on hand, wasn’t sure what the result would be!, but it sounds just fine!. :-)

Thanks Stormin', would like to buy most of my stuff locally or from C.B.Gitty BUT!, sometimes you have to take the price difference into account, now buy most of my strings from Gitty, and nice to see some of the Chinese companies now have distributers in Australia, which cuts down delivery times, but when it does actually come from China, the delivery times can vary from anywhere between 2 weeks and 4 weeks plus :-)
