I just told my sad tale in jest. I was the dumb cluck for putting the damp rag in a closed place on a sunny day in Southeast Ohio. Lessons are learned the hard way... Your build is beautiful. Simple and classy.
"Thanks" Dave Lynas, sad news about the Bread Truck, and yes! I have heard that the Linseed Oil & Turpentine mix can be a bit volatile, in regards to storage etc. I use it on a lot of my cheaper builds, and thankfully as yet have had no problems.
I started my old bread truck on fire by using linseed oil to shine the wood interior. I put the rag in the glove box and went to have lunch. I returned to a smokin truck. I got it extinguished... But... So much for the shine. Burn baby...
