Single-coil pickup in an Arturo Fuente box. My wife gave me an old busted vegetable steamer that I took apart and used for the resonator and the tailpiece. Chrome tuners, bolt nut, and dowel pin bridge. The neck is made of poplar and the fretboard is oak. I stained everything with Minwax "gunstock" stain, wood-burned the frets, and used some AF box trim for the fret markers. Tuned D-G-D-B.

This build has me feeling inspired.
Now I may have to build one of my own.
That's the second time I've been asked that. Nah, it's just two pieces of poplar glued together. I'm not that good!
