Those are file label holders! I made this one for my daughter to take on the Appalachian Trail, it was designed to fit down a pantleg from an old pair of jeans for a gig bag. It did not make the weight cut and stayed home. I'd have left behind food in order to have music on the trail! This is what started me on double-course stringing.
