For a case, I bought a cheapie tweed case and made styrofoam blocks to hold the cbg firmly. Stretchy black material covers the Styrofoam blocks which are held in with velcro.

I used a neck from Warmoth. They sell one baritone neck in various woods, but with only one set of dimensions. Once you play a baritone guitar tuned to B-B, you will never go back to standard tuning. It lets a guy sing for the first time in his life!
Pretty fancy. You did a professional job on this! Looks great! I too am looking to build a baritone box guitar. What scale length did you use? Where did you get your bridge and what is the string pacing? What strings did you use? Any information you could give me would be greatly appreciated!

That's a good way to protect it actually. I had a really oddly shaped bass a while back and did something similar with foam blocks. Nicely done.
