I have never known Cindy to sing, but it would not surprise me if she does, she is a very talented lady. She is a steel guitar and dobro player and a very good one. I am thinking she did a 14 or 15 year hitch with Asleep at the wheel, and has backed everyone from Dave Alvin to Bob Dylan and many in between. She is a five time grammy award winner, was musician of the year a few years back, and has been inducted into the Texas Steel Guitar Hall of Fame. She did some fabulous playing on Dave Alvin & The Guilty Womens album and Bob Dylans Time out of mind album. A very in demand session player!
