"5-Speed" electric slide, mostly recycled materials. top - formica tabletop, neck - maple from a wrecked piano, fingerboard - jarrah floorboard, maple fret markers also from piano.

tablesaw howell. the fingerboard is only 35mm wide, so i ripped the board to about 35 wide then flipped it up on it's edge and ripped it close to final thickness. then thickness sander in this case, although i often don't and leave the saw marks there.
switch slot by laminate trimmer and router bit. clamp stop blocks and go gently. a bit like the littlest of these...

One more question ... how did you cut the slot for the pickup selection?
