Same here, Mark. I now prefer the four strings all around. I have two factory built tenors in Chicago tuning, one home made, and a factory six converted to a 4 reso.
Thanks Uncle John. My dad has an old Harmony tenor that he keeps in Chicago tuning, which is where I got the idea for this one and the three I made for him. Makes it easy for me as a guitar player to pick it up and play what I know.

I have a home made with a big box for Chicago tuning. Pretty big sound.
