It is with a heavy heart that I announce the passing of my Craftsman Scroll Saw.Twenty Seven years ago a young man walked into Sears with nothing but a hundred dollars, a coupon and a head full of dreams.We started out making toys for my son. A few years later we lead a Cub Scout Den and we cut many pinewood derby cars. We finally discovered our passion for making custom ukuleles.Of all the tools I’ve owned and I’ve had plenty this baby never let me down. She gave until she couldn’t give anymore.I know many of you must be thinking… “can’t something be done?”. Sadly, she has an open motor winding. It’s time to let her go.I know she would want me to go on so after a reasonable mourning period, I’m going to dig up my Rockler catalog and find my self a new , sexy, shiny, trophy saw!!!

Good thing about buying tools online these days is that you can always find some sort of early Black Friday or Cyber Monday or old model clearance sale on them? I get emails from Rockler quite frequently, I’m always tempted to buy some big stuff, but I don’t have the room for it anymore. Good luck on t your quest !!! :)
