  Thanks. The neck is refurbished. It's an ebay find for 5 dollars. It kind of shaped the build in a lot of ways. I knew it was short scale, but didn't realize how short until I had strings on it. It's a 1/2 size classical neck from an old Yamaha. 21" scale. Technically I guess I could call it a requinto. It tunes up fine in standard E though. I did break the heel while drilling out the holes for the wood inserts (bolt on neck) so the bottom of the heel had to be added on with a dowel and an extra piece of wood. I must have doweled and redrilled those holes 4 times. :)

  that is nice and a classical nylon build as well. Did you make the neck or just refurbish?
