    Yup, I see that nice C shape.  Bet it slides nice in the web of the hand between thumb and index. 

    Cool on the aluminum strip being a 3 way: sound, looks and strenth.

    Thanks Unc! And yes, I think my pro grade guitars have the strongest necks in the biz. I also find that the aluminum strip adds to sustain somewhat as well as rigidity. I carve the necks down quite a bit almost to a C shape, and they play great! Excellent for slide!

    Like the woods and fret markers.   I like a strong neck, but it  looks a little thick in the photo.  How's it play?
