    No I used a transfer process using an image I printed on regular paper.

    Here is the YouTube link that explains it. The video is a little silly, but short and to the point.

    Before I sealed it, I roughed up the edges with sandpaper to make the flag look tattered and weathered. Then I put a couple coats of the sealer (Mod Podge) to protect it.
