    The neck is right at 1 inch wide.

    yep. It seems to be a safe bet for necks, and its cheap at home depot.

    Ah--very cool. I agree. It'll also prob. make the three-string easier to play. It looks like red-oak. Is that what you're using??

    Thanks. I'm not sure what the exact width is. I'll check here in a bit. I thought the narrow neck would look better with a three stringer. I know its less than an inch and a half, since that was the size of the stock that I ripped it from.

    This neck looks SO narrow. I love it.What is it?? 1 and 1/2 inch?? Keep up the builds!!
