aargh, thats what i forgot to look for. maybe on the next trip. Harbor freight is ok for budget tools, nothing fancy but they always have online coupons and deals which are worth checking out before you go. oh and the clamps they sell seem more expensive than HD or lowes. i was hoping to get a load of budget c clamps but they were priced at around $3 a piece ( i know im cheap) hahaha
Home Depot has pretty nice wood yard sticks for 98 cents. They make good fret boards. They look better with a dark stain. I have never been to a Harbor Freight Store. I may get my first chance Thursday.
this was just a small selection pulled out from the drawer. so many random bits and pieces. I spent way too long wandering around home depot yesterday looking at various bits of hardware and day dreaming. i only went in to get some 2 x 11 for the next neck. ended up leaving with 2 x 1. 3 x 1 and some 2 x 1/4 for a fret board. Oh and that was after Harbor freight buying new handsaws and clamps :-)

Yup. Good parts. I used to go to the farm store plumbing section and look and look. PS: I hope you knew I was kidding you about the headstock. ;)
