  • Thanks Maddog and Uncle John! I love this scale, especially tuned DAd. U.J.- alder is a hardwood that has been used for making electric guitar bodies forever, it's a great tone wood. I use alder from off-fall lumber used in cabinet making. Great grain and easy to work with
