Thanks Matt. Yes that's right, Danish oil. I put some walnut stain on the oak as well. This piece was very nicely figured but extremely open pored - needed 2 lots of grain filler!
...and yeah, should probably mow the lawn at some point!

Wow ..nice work Richey! The finish on the oak looks great - Is that an oiled finish?
think you need to get the strimmer out though...Lol
