1956 Texas Lone Star LPG for Keith Alan

Custom 1956 Texas Farm Truck Six String LPG for my bother from another mother Keith Alan down south in the Great Lone Star State. 1956 Texas plate, 22 3/4" scale (Keith played Justin Johnson's "Maddog" 1960 Nebraska Beef State short scale LPG on JJ's visit to Houston and liked it), barnwood body, chrome covered humbucker pickup w/gold bucker ring, gold adjustable bridge, gold skull volume knob, gold skull enclosed gear tuners, maple neck, gold strap buttons.Keith sent me this plate a few years back and told me to do whatever I wanted with it, I held it back hoping someday he might want a build done with it. Glad I did! It was an honor to build a git for somebody I have always looked up to as a builder/player/mentor and more importantly a Good Friend!I'll be hand delivering this to Keith down in Houston in a couple weeks at which time I will pick up the Beautiful 3 string big body Reso he built for me, cant' wait! I'm like a kid at X-mas!!!

    you  know , with  65   or so  personal  guitars  ,  i  try  and fight  off  the  urge  of wanting  another  one ,  but  everytime  i see  one  of  your  black   licence plate 3 stringers ,  i  defiantly  get  the  itch  again  . ;-)

    i  have a keith allen  guit  and  its  is hella  cool  , and a great  player  ,  as are  your  builds  ,  so  this  is  a  mach    that was  meant to  be,   me thinks  ;-)
