Oak neck – strong. Walnut fretboard. Good tuners. Gitty jack/strap post combo. Walnut saddle too close to the end of the box.Piezo- a larger one. Black fake leather under the neck on the box where I cut out too much box! Looks okay. My Indian name is Screws Up Plenty.Finish: good- not excellent.Acoustic sound: Very good. Plugged in sound: Very good. Loud, warm - Some piezos will give you unwanted sound as your hand goes up and down the neck. This one does so minimally.Playability: finger chording or picking both excellent. For slide, the action (string height) will be too low for some folks. Works fine for me.Strung with the 2nd, 3rd and 4th string from a six string set. As is, tuned either DGB or Cgc. Plays great both ways.

LOL, Pat. You did pick it up and strum it at Junkstock, but you were busier than a one armed wall paperer and had to move on. It had the gold tin on it at that time.

I thought so, I don't know if I would tell anyone that I played it though :-)
