So, I finally broke down and made the time to build the fret slotting jig for the table saw. I have been making enough fingerboards, I thought it was time to make the procedure more consistent.I made the wooden sled using some scrap wood, and inserted the locating pin in the front of it. Tape the fingerboard blank to the template, the template fits against the locating pin, and you slide the fingerboard over the fretting blade.Every fingerboard is exactly the same as the template.
