It plays great, That hold down is made from corian. The CBG was fine without it, but I wanted a little more tension on the nut. I always use an oak neck with Cabrillas boxes when I want a nice color match.
Nice one. Those Cabrillas boxes are nice and you matched things up really well. Does it play okay with the string 'holder downer' on the peg head? It looks like the only thing it lacks is angle from nut to tuner. I've been there. Most of us have.
