  For the bridge I used this fake bone material, and just drew with a pencil what I wanted to remove and then I used a sander to shape it.  I did the same for the nut.  You can use a file to touch it up.

  I like that the bridge is out onto the box for good vibration. With the slim pickup, no hole is needed right on the best part of the soundboard. Big sound holes add up to loud acoustic. I'll bet she sounds sweet.
