009-02-b unboxing

My older brother opening that Junebug guitar I made for him. I added a piezo pickup to it making it the first electric guitar I've made, and it actually sounded pretty good. I've ordered off for 10 more of them to try and add to the electric fence charger box guitars I've been working on.I really hope that I will be able to get the Ground post on one of them to work as the volume control pot when it's added. =)My sister-in-law said she'd try and get me a photo of it sometime this weekend. Not sure why, but I totally forgot to take any of it after finishing it up. I was just so excited to be done with it. =)

  • Thanks, Uncle John!  He just sent me several more pictures of it.  I'll get them uploaded in a minute.

  • :D    Nice.

  • He was looking for an amplifier for it until I mentioned it to our younger sister who says she's got one laying around at her house that he can have. Now, I just need to make a few more for my nephews. I didn't want to send them out unfinished, and until they have electric pickups on them, they just aren't finished to me. I've got 10 Piezo pickups ordered that should be here soon... ish. Really want to try and get the volume control pot placed where the Ground port is on one of my fence charger guitars.
Robot Chicken Nerd: "That would be so cool!"

This is also still a learning experience for me and I hated the thought of sending out sub-par items. I don't want people looking at them and thinking that I'm a guy who makes crappy guitars. I wanna be that guy who makes COOL crappy guitars! =)
