  Honestly I'm playing it by ear. I'm making the WHOLE assembly out of a paint can. I'm sketching out making the cone and I'll post pictures as I go. Ted Crocker made a reso out of some steel bowls. Check his out to kinda get a rough idea of how the assembly will fit together. That's what I did, and it helped to choose my materials and How to place the neck.
