    Hey Fom, I don't know what you mean by a "tail". The bridge is a door hinge with the middle hinge pin loop removed. Then I notched the hinge pin.

    Hi Nhirvana, thank you for the link, I can find some mahogany and rosewood (sono) here in Bali. I also already order some hard maple to find out what are the difference between those wood.

    Learning to play as you build will make for an interesting combination. If you don't follow the sheep you will become a wolf. It might take longer but not only will your playing style grow, you can build your instruments around what your head tells you your fingers need. Have patience and good luck.
