Neck inside the box.

Soddering

Is soddering a must? Can I just tape the wires together or use wire nuts? Keep in mind I have no idea what I'm actually talking about. This may be a very stupid question.

tuner screws

so I have a half dozen tuners... with NO screws to hold them in place. Do I have to buy these at a guitar shop? Or can I find the equivalent at a hardware?
