GBE will give you an E minor open tuning. (In my experience, open tuning just means you get some chord when you play open strings.)

The top chart will only work in power-chord open tunings as shown.

You'll have to make us a new chord chart and share what you learn!

Dumb question but would Gbe be an open tuning or not, I realise its the bottom strings on a standard 6 string. I have a cbg tuned to Ebe I may just change that low string to a G and see what happens.
