Hi all ,
Well I finally finished my first neck, went to grab my cigar box and found that it is severely warped ! I had prepped it about a month ago and have looked at it several times since and never saw any warpage. We have had some very hot weather the past week so I think that's what did it. Anyway question is do I need to brace the box next time , and how would I do this ? Also I really liked this box and I am having trouble finding another. It is a La Gloria Cubana Reserva Figurados - anybody have one I could buy or know where I could get one ?

how hot did that garage get? probably not a good idea to store cigar boxes anywhere you wouldn't store a guitar..... maybe a cheap lesson learned.... what are the dimensions of that box.... if not one has that exact one, I could probably find you a nice replacement.....
Any chance of taking it apart, making it straight, and putting it back together? If it's a nice wood box without fancy lables, it can be forced back into shape.
