It's always great to see Luther pickup a cigar box guitar and crank out Mississippi Boll Weevil. He started out playing Lowebows made by Cigar Box Nation member, John Lowe:
Since then, he's amassed a large stable of cigar box guitars made by other builders. This particular guitar appears to have a Snake Oil mini humbucker loaded in it. Here's a closeup:

Yup. I am with RTZ on this one. I expect (and hope) to see these guys getting more and more fame and recognition.
