    Thanks Dave, it's like a single coil, not sure what it actually is, just a cheap chinese one from ebay.  It's got two magnetic rails along it.

    Thanks John and AGP.  I use acoustic strings oddly enough, I've always use Martin extra lights so that I can get a decent acoustic sound too.

    That tuning is tempting me. If it ever warms up and I get in the wood shop I may give it a go. Sounding good, Clarky. Do you use electric strings?
