NO CBGs BUT I THOUGHT YOU GUYS MIGHT LIKE IT.

I thought this might be kind of fun for a Sunday morning cover. I did a jazzed out version of this country classic on tenor uke and bass. Why not? Tulsa Time was originally recorded by Don Williams.

  • Thanks Ray. Yeah... you can't play jazz at a TX Honky Tonk either. It just doesn't go over. ;-)

  •  That was fun. I'm a former Tulsan and I have never heard it played that way. I enjoyed that, but I know you are near Tulsa and I would caution anyone taking a Uke into some of the honky-tonks or biker bars I've been in around there, much less playing their anthem on it.
