  • Thanks Ambrose! Ukulele groups are fun; i’m sure they appreciated some percussion. Good for you. I play my CBGs at our local ukulele group and sometimes my CBU.

  • Cajon even, haha

  • Sorry,  I meant Cahon.

  • Great tune, well played. Strangely enough I popped into friends ukelele group and ended up playing Canon to this.

  • Definitely a Slinger friendly song Kale! Hard to screw up and fun to play and sing. Win-Win!

  • This song is another one of those that's always good. It can be fast, slow, country, rock, folk... even Slingers. It always sounds right.

  • I agree Uncle John, the bass is a bit much! The disc piezo on my guitar was not picking up the higher GD strings, just the super low G, so not much high end. I have since redesigned the pick up to get consistent break angle over all the strings and slide in a rod piezo and it has improved the balance with more high end and a cleaner look too.

  • Gland you enjoyed it Brian! It’s a Slinger fav.

  • The bass is a bit strong, but I kind of like it.  Very nice.  A classic sing along.

  • Thanx, haven’t heard that one in awhile :)
