Just a bit of 70's prog/baroque instrumental to test out my new build. Tuned GDg, handwound single coil pickup. Man, I look serious in this video. I am not a serious guy!

Wow, that's got to be the best comment ever! Thanks eK. I've always loved this tune and it felt good to play on CBG. Weirdly I did the intro like that is because years of playing fingerstyle means I've lost what little skill I had with a plectrum... a happy accident you could say!
OK...just finished listening to the original on vinyl...and...I think I like this version much better.
I always thought Sylvia was meant to be a love song. And this interpretation feels more like one than Focus's own more 'rock band' approach. I especially like that nice intro sequence which gets repeated at the 0:42 mark.
So for the second time in four days I'm gonna say: Nicely Played RK! Nicely played indeed... :-)
Blimey! 'Sylvia' by Focus .... that takes me back! Very well played, sir! Now you just need to cover "Hocus Pocus" complete with the obligatory yodelling!

Thanks buddy - I keep thinking I should tab this one out so others can have a go :)
