    John, this is my kinda music, and I like the gutteral sound when played on a resonator.  Keep up the great effort, 'cause you're an inspiration to me.  Us old guys gotta stick together.  q;-)

    Guys, also if you like the old blues I do, listen to a modern day Piedmont style blues man, Guy Davis.  Lots of albums (Legacy is best) and he's on youtube some.  I've him and heard him.  He's bonafide wonderful.  Now if he would just put down those store-boughts and pick up a CBG!

    That is kind and humbling guys.  Here I went to the last open mike night so nervous I had trouble holding my pick.  No albums on the way.  If you like my songs, go back and listen to the orginal (real bluesmen and women) who did them.   And learn those songs yourselves.  God bless
