  • Hey, Ron.  It's not too hard to play and it's a song that a LOT of people play and put their own style into it.  Also seems like a lot of folks have different lyrics and verse patterns.  It's a good one to do your own way.

3 chords and a cloud of blues.

  • That song has been one of my all-time favorites. Heard Taj Mahal and Ry Cooder's version and it has been in my head since. Maybe I just need to sit down and try to play a few chords of it. With my skill that would only take about 3 months, lol.
  • Thanks, Doug and Andries!

  • Looks like some Good Old Times are in the Air There Uncle ! some fine Wimmen rolled on by and will turn the Lamp down Low !! Open G , all Mighty !

  • Legendary “Uncle John” style; it’s like going back in a Time Machine! Thanks for the trip Uncle John!

  • LOL on your volume assessment, Rick!  Thank you and stick around!

  • Hi Uncle! It’s been a while old friend, but your music and profound blues makes me feel right at home. The volume might be a bit high, but is there any other way to correctly sing blues classics.  I agree with the old Aussie fella, the Iowa Sax and LPG are great chemistry. You looking good, must be all the snow shoveling.

  • Thanks, James O.!

  • Some mighty fine Blues Uncle John wish I still had enough breath. to play Harmonica fine performance

  • Thanks, Kale.  I like doing this good old song.   I think I had the amp volume a bit too high.
