  • Well played, Harold. Keep at this, we can see you are headed in a good direction!

  • Volume issue is likely how small the area of the sound hole is, aside lack of resonator material and thickness of lid, also the acoustic coupling of the lid to the can is a bit weak in this iteration.. The groove in the lid for the can rim isn't as tight as I wanted , was hard to do with tools on hand 

  • Now...... that has potential.  Is there any way you could give it a bit more volume ?  Tricky with a small tin, I know.  Keep at it Harold, the project is making progress.
