cigar, box, homemade, slide, boogie

Here's a twangly-jangly boogie played on one of the Montesino CBG I finished building this past weekend. The camera mic just can't capture the true sound of the guitar but I thought I'd post it anyway.

Hey Uncle John they say some heads are beautiful and the rest are covered with hair. My own mother says I am a vertically challenged man of scalp. I hope you can use the foot rattler. One of my favorite tricks for the finger picking is to use a palm mute on the two low strings on the 3 stringer. Another is to use a plastic thumb pick. It really seems to clean things up a little. Keep at it and it will start to come together before you know it.

Mike, I have the same fine hair style and beautifully shaped as you. Thanks for the finger picking encouragement. I noticed a bit of improvement today. Thanks also on the foot 'rattler'.

Nice tune, sounds great. If you look at the next video you will see he is tapping his dogs tail, makes a nice beat that dog does. : )
