https://bemuzic.bandcamp.com/“Letter To My Younger Self” from my busk in Ely. (in which I use the mouth percussion I posted about recently)This is an old song from 2011. The two things I like about the video are - the man with the dogs about two mins in, swinging his lead. And the other thing (which I only realised while editing the video, not in real life when it was happening?!) is that the girl at the end that comes and put some money in, looks very much like my younger self! :-0

  • cheers Poorness

  • That was wonderful. Great performance of a heartfelt song.

  • Thanks John, it was strange weather wise. A Summer's day, but loads of leaves had fallen so it looked like Autumn. Nature is very confused atm :-/

  • thanks Doug. During this song it was actually quieter than most of the time. It was about right overall... a decent footfall, but peaceful enough that people could hear me as they walked along that path.

  • Cheeky!  This one is like autumn sunshine.  Yup, Doug's right, poetic as well.  And I wish I could go back and teach my younger self a lot.

  • I enjoyed the song. You seem to favor more reflective poetry. I noticed that this location seemed to have more traffic than in your other videos Belinda. Did that make the busking more enjoyable?
