JACK DANIELS 4 PUP TEISCO test run

here she is .. the JD teisco 4 pup tin .i dropped a vintage set of 3 teisco pickups in her with a pearl pickguard ,, and added a lipstick pickup in front .4 switches to run the pick ups each at one time , or any combo .( you can hear me clicking and exploring a few at the end here as i randomly play .) since she's a slide .. i used a tooled leather belt as the fret board , as a bonus if i decide to finger instead of slide . it sounds like i'm palming or muting .. kinda cool ;-)going to use a cork as a volume knob as soon as it dries out . the bridge is a cabinet handle , tail piece is a bent hindge .she sounds great unplugged too .i'm using an effect called "there will be oil " because thats the closest thing to what it sounds like un-amped .you can still open the lid ;-) i top mounted everything even the neck is sitting on top of the box .. i had to recess the switches , thats all . so the pickups are quite high but it works great . there is a mess of wires sandwitched between the pick guard and the box . lots of room in the box for a bottle of jd ;-)hope you like her ;-)
