I bought one of these Leo Jaymz kits when Amazon had them on sale for $103. The body and neck are pre-finished, but everything needs to be assembled. I'm pretty pleased with the result. I don't think you could buy a better guitar for $103.

Classic Tele style and a great color. Wow! Sounds great!
Thanks John. I'm pretty happy with it.
I enjoyed watching you do the build Kale! I appreciate your restraint in trying to keep the build stock, and you got reasonably close. The price/performance ratio on this build is very favorable. Thanks for sharing with us.
I took an electric guitar building class years ago and when drilling the string holes through the body, drill bits can wander even with a drill press. As I recall, we drilled out both the E string holes from the top and then lined up and drilled the ferrel holes on the bottom and then drilled the remain holes through the top. On my bolt on neck cugar bix guitars, on the neck I drill from the bottom up to make sure the holes line up perfectly with the neck block (The other way was not reliable because the drill bit wandered enough to be troublesome quite frequently!!!).
Yeah, I think they wandered a bit but I was starting from a crooked bridge as well. Live and learn I always say.
