  • Nice guitar, palying and sound.

Bought mine from Gitty so I wouldn't have to hack my first two acoustic builds that I glued shut. I just put it on the tailpiece or bridge and go.

The simple setup of a primitive build, micro cube and this little bugger sounds really sweet. You don't have the knocking sound you may get with a piezo. Well worth the 5 or 6 bucks.

  • good idea, sounds great!!!

  • Man, that sounds great. My latest build sounds like crap plugged in, and I think one of these should help.

  • Wes - I have a friend who works there and gets a small discount on reject items. Martin has extremely high standards so much of their reject items are reasonable especially if it is still in the rough cut stages.

  • I have to agree with you guys- these do sound great! I stumbled across these because they were so cheap and I did'nt have to do any soldering ( I had a cheap soldering iron and aweful solder at the time.) One day I attached one of these to my diddley bow and I could'nt believe the sound. I was getting a lot of emails about what I was using so I thought I would share. The other great thing about these is that they are easy to adjust. Just one little adjustment of the location and the tone can really change. I also think you could use these internally-add a block to the inside of your box under the saddle and attach there and run the wire out the back!

  • I was wondering weather they were any good and considering buying one. OK. I'm off to FleaBay. Thanks for posting such well timed advice.

Nearly forgot. The guitar and your playing are both great too.

  • Looks and sound Delta great.  Like the tin and the good luck horse shoe.  Nice neck, stock and LOVE the strap holder.

  • nice build Wade sounds Delta-mazing! (-:
